She undertook an undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, followed by a master's degree in Cultural Materials at the University of Sheffield. Since graduating, she has worked as a research assistant for the Department of Cultural Heritage Conservation at the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. In this role, she has collaborated with the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, the Bureau of Cultural Heritage, and the Taiwan Electric Research & Testing Center, focusing on the material characteristics of different cultural heritage objects and artworks and participating in their conservation.
