Mandy has worked for Cranfield University Library Service since 2004 and is a 'Scholarly Communications Librarian - Research Data' supporting researchers and research students across Cranfield University.

She teaches a range of information literacy, research and study skills, provides support and guidance on systematic literature reviews, as well as guiding researchers to critique and navigate the resources they need to find information. She provides advice on REF and funder compliance, open access, where to publish, and plays a key role in advocating the use of and depositing content to the CRIS system. 

She organises internal and external events that contribute to the development of the Cranfield research culture.
